NHOMS | MassOMS
In September of 2024, I accepted an offer as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator for an oral surgery group with 13 locations, primarily focusing on expanding and running dental education events in the New England area. During my first three months, the organization lost its Marketing Director as well as the Marketing Manager for the organization.
Naturally, my role expanded quickly and I became an integral part of a team taking on a host of marketing initiatives. After 6 months, I was elevated to a Marketing Operations Specialist Role, and now currently serve as a Marketing Operations Manager.
Some (completed) projects that have kept me busy…
Spring Smiles Reactivation Campaign
Undergoing major budget cuts and company restructuring - I was tasked with one thing - bring in revenue - somehow. The result? a 2 month sprint that resulted in $104k net production, and a 17x ROI
Intiveo Rollout
As a company wide initiative to become a leaner, more efficient practice. I took on the challenge of implementing an entirely new referral system to be used daily by our referral network.
Field Marketing Portal
Field visits, route planning, and rep activity had zero visibility for leadership - it all lived in someone's head and in individual spreadsheets (AKA my worst nightmare). I was tasked with building the tracking system myself, no dev team. The result? A live portal tracking visits and routes, in daily use for 2 months, with production-value reporting in development.
CE Certificate Portal
A fully manual continuing-education process - paper sign-in, spreadsheet reconciliation, certificates emailed out one at a time - was quietly eating a role's worth of hours every month. In month 3 of my starting role, I decided to fix it without adding headcount. The result? An automated workflow from attendance to certificate to self-serve portal, and a contracted support role eliminated entirely.
Referral Reporting System
There was no consistent way to see referral health — every read on it was closer to a guess than data. I built a reporting cadence at the surgeon, clinic, and company-wide level to actually make that visible. The workflow's fully built and sound; first real delivery to a surgeon or leadership hasn't happened yet.
Internship Program Creation
Built a full internship program from scratch. All details including: job posting, interview structure, a 6-month timeline, certification pathways, and a mentorship cadence.
Company-Wide Professional Development Day
Built all materials for a 150-person, company-wide development day including position-based learning tracks, full event logistics, company-wide headshot capture, and an employee raffle program tied to session participation.
Dental Lab Rebrand
We decided (our CEO, on a whim) to launch a completely in house dental lab. The problem was, it had no outward-facing branding built to be able to deliver product at a high level. I built the logo, along with several mocks for product packaging use.

Internal Designs
Smiles Delivered, LLC
NHOMS | MassOMS housed an internal Dental Lab for a year before deciding to combine with another entity to create a sub-brand for their organization. I was tasked with creating the brand with minimal direction using a mix of adobe illustrator & canva.
Marketing Tactics
During my time as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, I also promoted events using SMS, In-Person Flyers, Field Marketing, Email Marketing, and phone calls. I grew very comfortable in doing the more tactile tasks needed to really move the needle. Attached are examples of my email work: which accounted for 80% of their respective event registrations.
